UNA MEN'S BASKETBALL TEAM EIGHTH IN REGIONAL RANKINGS

INDIANAPOLIS -- With a 16-9 overall record, the University of North Alabama men's basketball team remains eighth in the latest NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball South Region rankings. The regional rankings are released weekly on Wednesdays through March 4, 2009. The Lions have an 11-7 record against Division II opponents and a 10-6 mark against South Region opponents.

UNA, the defending South Region champions, will return to the court on Saturday at home against Alabama- Huntsville at 1 p.m.
