LIONS MOVE UP FOUR SPOTS IN DIVISION II POLL

FLORENCE -- The University of North Alabama men's basketball team moved up four spots in the latest NCAA Division II poll to 19th. The Lions, 23-7 overall and winners of the Gulf South Conference East Division title, were ranked No. 23 in last weeks poll. That ranking marked UNA's first appearance in the Top 25 since December of 1994. UNA will not play again until the quarterfinal round of the GSC Tournament on March 7 in Southaven, Miss.
