CHAMPAGNE BRUNCH A SUCCESS AGAIN

We had a great turnout for our 5th annual Champagne Brunch. The women and a few men had a great time learning some intimate details about this year’s current UNA Lions Basketball Team as well as brushing up on some of their basketball knowledge.

Special thanks goes out to Peggy Wingo, Pam Trimble, Anna Champagne, Ricatoni’s, the UNA Cheerleaders, Ozone and many of the Shoal Area merchants and restaurants for making this a wonderful event for everyone. Arah Ringnell provided us with some great photographs.

We had a special treat this year with several of our players’ mothers on hand. We now know where they got their basketball skills. Missy Hunter, Anne Deegan, Cheryl Collins, Deborah Holt and Val Chesney were on hand to display their knowledge and ability of the game of basketball. Thanks again for all of you who made this a fun event for the coaches and players.
